2000 ford ranger clicks but won't crank over. Done replaced starter and silinoid.

Ranger clicks but won't start. Is it something
to do with computer?

Need to check the battery is charged and can provide enough cranking amps to the starter. Take it to a local auto parts store, they can test it, and the charging system, for free.
