2008 ford ranger new battery and starter but just clicks when i try to start it why?
what am I missing

Hi, I have a 2008 ford ranger that just clicked when I tried to start it bot a new battery and starter but still went click when I tried to start it so I checked the wiring to starter , the red one it was worn in to by the inner fender gard fixed that and it starts lick new hope this helps

Did you run a check on your alternator? Might need a new alternator.
