My 2000 ford ranger has power to the key but won't turn over. Judging me hot and the negative wire on the starter will turn it over but it's like it has no gas to start

Why will my truck not turn over when I have a good battery

You have a couple Typo's not sure what you meant but. Check voltage on the battery should be minimum 12.4vdc. Make sure all battery cables are cleaned and tight. Check the starter relay to see if it's getting signal from ignition switch.
