My sonata won't pass smog due to the engine light on. They told me it was massive housing air flow. Well I went and bought it brand new and still the same code keeps coming on. Don't know what to do

I assume you mean 'mass air flow sensor and housing'. A code related to the mass air flow does not necessarily mean a problem with the sensor itself or it's housing. There could be a vacuum leak elsewhere causing that code, although it usually is the MAF sensor. You can have the code read at any auto parts store (for free), and go from there. MAF sensors are also delicate, don't touch the sensor itself, and it can only be cleaned with the correct MAF sensor cleaner.
