my heater fan only works on hi setting so what part went out

the heating and air fan only works when i put it on high but it used to work on all settings so what happened and what part went out. i checked all the fuses but they are all ok and none burned out

fan resistor board, common item, most part store/dealers have the part. It is fairly cheap.
