Why won't my hyndaui go over 15mph?

My 2006 hyndaui sonata won't go over 15/20mph.
It just doesn't want to go. Changed both
input/output speed sensor. And still no difference.

Not nearly enough information. Is the transmission slipping or does the engine barely run?
