BRAKE LIGHT BULB WENT OUT ON BOTH SIDES. REPLACED THEM BUT THE LEFT SIDE BULB IS NOT WORKING. ALSO THE FRONT LEFT BLINKER INTERMITATLY BLINKS FAST AND SLOW?

The front left blinker blinks fast to alert you that one of your rear lights are out.
