why my car wont pass emission

My honda civic ex wont pass
emissions it says not ready on
everything. I drove the car like i
was told to but still wont pass.
Any help?? suggestion??

The monitors have to clear , each one has a different drive time and some are related , these monitors can be viewed with a scanner , once you've done "enough" driving they will clear as long as a code doesn't reappear , clearing the code will reset the monitors . In the vampire state you're allowed one monitor to be incomplete . See how the politicians are making your life easier ?

In LA, you pay $160 to Smog Tech instead of $60 and your problem magically goes away.
