Why wont my fans turn on

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I put a new radiator in my 2001 Honda Civic LX and
put my fans back in and now my fans will not turn
on and I checked my fuse box I have power to my
fuse box I have power to my relay switch and I
have power to the plugs that plug into the fan but
my fans will not run at all

they may come on when you use AC or certain heater functions , try a new coolant temp. sensor
