Why wont my 1991 civic start?

i have replaced my spark plugs and wires. i also replaced my distributor cap, rotor, and coil pack. i know that the fuel pump is kickin on and that my main relay is good. i did have an ignition switch go out so i do have a switch i ran to by-pass that by runing a wire from the battery and one from the distributor coil pack but with the switch or if i disconnect it still will not start...ideas?

have you checked all your grounds? check the one off the valvecover or off the starter those are the two it most likely will be or your switch is fried maybe? try the grounds first
