Getting Car to Start

I have a 2016 chevy malibu and i have a key with the fob, I had a replacement  
key made and now the key its not recognizing the key it unlocks the driver side
door but don't unlock all door but the key fob works to unlock all doors but the
key is not being recognized because the theft deferent system is on. Can some
one help

You need to have the new key programmed to the vehicle by your local Chevrolet Dealer or a reputable locksmith. This is not something you can do yourself! Hope that helps! Jim
