I had the same issue with my 2015 Silverado 1500. All I did was take off the battery from the keyfob and the windows stopped rolling down on their own. You might need to get the keyrob reprogrammed

I took out battery in my remote this far it hasn’t done the windows down on its own. It’s only been two days I’m afraid to drive it to work it’s been raining off and on. I’m calling the dealership this week to see if other guys are having this issue.

Mine just started doing this. I notice my truck was trying to lock itself when I was in the truck parked as if someone was pushing my fob . When I turned off my truck , the windows came down . It did it several times . Then I realized my button on the fob that locks was pushed and was stuck. Of course we know if u hold down that button for several seconds your windows go down when truck is off so that’s why it did that when my truck was turned off . So I Messed with the button and got it unstuck and haven’t had an issue.
