car won't turn over after water spilled on steering wheel?

Water was spilled on the steering wheel area in my
2001 Ford focus. Now it won't turn over lights
won't work and radio wont shut off. Checked and
changed all fuses. What eles could posibble be
causing my car to no longer work.

Waiting for things to dry out is an option. No guarantees but you evidently shorted things out.
