Why won't car turn over

My buddy has a 2013 Ford focus in which he was
installing a amp and subwoofers and while doing
that the main power supply to the amp arced on
metal and now the car won't turn over the locks
won't work the trunk won't pop or anything is there
one relay that controls all that or might we have
another problem
