Overheating, smoke from radiator

Asked by Casper1214 Jan 09, 2018 at 08:11 PM about the 2015 Kia Optima EX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced my radiator on my 2015 kia optima
because I hit an animal while driving. The first 2
times I started it I drove it for about 2 minutes no
problem. This time after letting it run for about 5
minutes the radiator started smoking. Smells like
something burning, not really like it's overheating.
Any idea what it could be?
