Clock display disappeared from display screen

Date and time disappeared from the display screen.  I can’t get it back on.

Just returned from bill Bryan local Kia dealer Sirius XM did system update that affected internal clock in Kia’s Five minutes after giving them key problem resolved by them doing a hard system reset

I went almost a week with no clock. I tried a couple of the ideas I saw on this site and got no results...until today. I used a pen tip to push reset button for about 10 seconds then after the screen reset with no change I pulled the navigation sd card for about 10 seconds. It works now. I tried the sd before without luck but maybe the combo worked today. All I know is it works now
