Wrong battery so i accdently put the + on the neg- and and vice versa

Went to Napa and they gave me the wrong battery
and I'll put it in putting the negative on a positive
and vice versa on a 2015 Impala took it back they
gave me the right battery I put it on now my car
won start ' just clicks and the push button stays on
but won't turn over everything works but it won't
turn over

It very well may be the ECM (engine control module). Call a good shop or dealer and have see if it can be tested.
