E85 gas

I have a yellow E85 gas cap and flex fuel sticker on tailgate. Engine light
comes on so I take it back to dealer they look up vin and say it doesn't take
E85 gas. I've been using it on and off for 2 years should I write to Ford try to
get dealer to buy it back or lawyer up

I would do something.....ask for an extended warrant in the event the E85 did some long term damage to the engine. You will probably need to go up the ladder from the dealer...he will probably tell you there is nothing they can do. Contact the zone office and start there.
