I have the code p1326 on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS but my car can go above 60 anybody know what's wrong please

Cars are so expensive now. Next time you shop, do a lot of research. We were considering a Hyundai because of its long warranty. Then we started reading what people are saying about them. I don't know how websites like Consumer Reports can rate these cars so high. I guess money will buy anything. There are so many liars now, so we decided not to buy new. We bought a 2018 Hylander a year ago and it's near-perfect.
