rear end noise 2014 silverado 4wd

Asked by susieh Aug 19, 2014 at 09:39 PM about the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Crew Cab 4WD

rear in thunking noise. dealer replace a left axle and now says the noise is normal.  It
didn't do it when I bought it in January and they have tried to fix a problem that is now
normal?  I think they are trying to pull a fast one.  What do I do to find the problem.

Did they check the rider bearing, if you have a split shaft,they will do this all so,if your,s has it.
