2014 Equinox stalls upon acceleration

Sometimes my 2014 Equinox stalls as I try to accelerate. If I take my foot off the
brake, it won't stall, but stalls as soon as I give it gas. It is accompanied by a
check engine light. I have not had it read. This problem comes and goes.

you're either not getting enough fuel to the engine or enough air. Could be a bad fuel pump, or something in the intake. id get the code read first because that'll be a big help in determining if its a gas issue or a air issue
