3 pops coming from the throttle body only when turning off the engine

I have a 2014 kia optima, it make 3 pops sounding
like air bypassing something and it happens only
when i turn the engine off.  I took a stethascope
probe and herd the noise when putting the probe
on the throttle body.. Any suggestions?

this happens to my 2017 kia forte lx... it only started after my car was stolen.. then found and recovered.
