Electrical steering rack (rack and pinion)

This is probably the most obvious question but I
want to be sure, any electrical steering rack, that
has no steering pump and no fluid, only electrical,
is it only a swap with the old one, and then an
alignment or anything has to be bled? It is the ste67
for 2014 mustang
