removal of iner tie rod play where tie rod connects into rack

Not sure what the question is. Do you need to know how to remove the inner tie rod? Not too sure how to to that. Best thing you could do to make sure you do the job right is get a Chilton Owners Manual. you can buy it a auto store or the library should have it. I use it every time something goes wrong in my car. It pays for itself.

I have a line that comes from the passenger side that is not connected and can't find where it goes
