Mustang wont move

My 03 mustang has been sitting for two years battery is
dead and it turns out that I need to change  the fuel filter
and or the fuel pump, but I need to move the car and I
cant.even though I put it in neutral and started trying to
move it but it will not budge. Why cant I move it?

Parking brake could be frozen if you had it engaged.

@tom I did have that thought as well but typically the brakes used for regular stopping are not engaged when the car sits.
