95 mustang wont charge

I have a 95 mustang v6. I hit a curb last week. I
have replaced the tie rod and put a new altenator
on it. When i hit the curb about 15 minutes later i
lost electrical power. It still wont charge. Only
getting 13.8 volts for a minute or two then it starts
draining the battery till its to low voltage to run the
car. Please help me car gurus.
