My mustang wont start

I installed new cylinder heads in my 2002 mustang gt and
now it wont start and all I hear is like the Crankshaft
wanting to turn but as soon as they start to turn its stops
amd nothing else happens and my battery is still full power
and the timing chain is put on correctlf but I cant figure out
the problem.
