When heater is on car makes a loud
screeching  noise

The bushings/bearings are dried up on the blower fan shaft. this will cause the screeching sound that you hear in the dash. It looks like the unit for your vehicle is serviceable. You may be able to lubricate the bearings with some white lithium grease.
