Heater fan won't turn on

Asked by Mthomas1102 Feb 03, 2017 at 11:52 PM about the 2002 Dodge Durango SLT RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Heater has been working fine.  Started the car
today, when I turned the knob to start the heat, not
a sound.  Tried it again later in the day, same thing.
Nothing.

I would start with the blower motor resistor. Passenger side footwell. Should have 5 wires at the plug. Use a 8mm/or 5/16 socket. Tips on how to test it here......http://www.dakota-durango.com/forum/showthread.php?t=65326 Hope this helps. Pat
