My 2004 honda accord will not accelerate over 3000 rpms

We have replaced the computer.

The problem could be in the transmission. Have a Good transmission shop check the codes to see if it has a problem. When has the thermostat been replaced? The computer reads the heat of the motor at different places. If it detects a t-stat not working right it will keep the motor speed low until it has been changed.
