My Honda Accord 2003 ex v6 will not turn over!!

my car had overheated about 3 times. I had the waterpump changed thermostat and the radiator fan changed. I noticed the airintake hose was torn and the a/c filter looked really dirty. I bought and had the hose changed. I tried to turn on the car and it tries to start but wont turn over. The only code that came up on the computer is P0113 which is the air intake temperature sensor but i read reviews that the AIT sensor should cause my car not to turn on.
Please help!! I recently changed the alternator, battery and starter!

I suppose it is possible that it could cause a no start as opposed to a bad run or stall condition. Have you priced the sensor yet? After the $$ you already put into the car, and what you describe as the condition of the air intake, it is probably damaged.
