why is my 2001 honda accord jerking when i accelerate at 3000 rpms?

Ive changed the v-chip,altinator,distributor,comlepte oil change including new filter, air filter,and radiator hose. my check engine light stays on as well

Yes. and the codes it kicked out is PO1381;Cam sensor A interupyion,my altinater,or my distributor.
