Engine swap or part swap

Im about to buy a 2003. Dodge Durango slt that
was crashed.not to bad need cosmetic and new
radiator fan .Now own a 2004 slt quad cab . i
check the specs both motors are the same as far
as torque horsepower Etc except the Tranz order
code .on my 04 Dakota. Is( DG6,DGQ,DDC)  now
the 03 durango tranz order code is (D6T,D6Q,) So   
My question is are these engine and parts
compatible with each other. Because my 04 need
new motor and i might swap motors . but it might
be easier to use radiator fan off of the Dakota.?
Can i swap everything with these vehicles?
