2012 Altima not accelerating up hill

Hi, I'm having issue with my 2012 Altima 2.5s. Car seem to
drop speed going incline. This is the 2nd time experiencing
this. Car is at 90k miles. Please give me info what it may be
or what I need to do.. I can really use all the help I could
get.. thank you all in advance. God bless!

sounds like the cvt is starting to go are your rpms flaring up also check for codes
