my 98' nissan altima not accelerating rpm up to 5000

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 98 Nissan Altima last week it
started not wanting to accelerate but the
RPM would go from 1 ao 3 then it would jerk
into second and then it was fine check the
fluid level it was empty added transmission
fluid has been fine since last week now it's
getting worse I check the fluid again half of
it was gone so my question is can anyone
help me figure out what would be causing
the car to not want to accelerate then it will
jerk into gear But slips out cant get above
40 mph an that takes time, as rpm jumping
from 1000- 4 and 5000. I put a Lucas
transmission fix in so far no change. CEL is
on codes are PO325,PO420,PO744. Please
someone help me. My car has 240,000
miles in it. Ive owned it for 2 years and dont
know history before that. Ive replaced
alternator twice battery changed after first
altenator went . A/c system completely
replaced when i got the car. It sounds pretty
bad when u try to accelerate as rpm's climb
higher. When in p or d car sounds like its
going to die but if i put it in N its fine also
rpm stays on 1000 no matter if I'm in P or D,
will not go to 0
