Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have had no problems but now we can not turn the ignition either direction.  It acts like we are using the wrong key but the same thing happens with the spare key.

Is the steering wheel lock activated? (Turning the wheel after the car is turned off?) Try turning the wheel and the key at the same time.
