Taillights not working but brake and turn signals do?

2003 crystler seabring taillights not working but i
have brake and turn signals.  Fuses and bulb r
good. Any ideas?

It's in you light switch replace that and your set. Headlights work right?

It's the whiring harness on the driver's floor pan. The whire splits from 2 to 4 there. Water gathers there and causes the problem. This is how I fixed my problem.
