I have a 2011 f150 having trouble losing the cab lights an all cluster when I start up the truck everythink works fine when the key is true ahead

I'd check applicable trouble codes for interior lamps. I saw a couple of B1 codes for interior lamps. To check codes, yourself, at the least you need an obd2 code reader that will work with your vehicle and read manufacturer specific codes. I also, saw a couple of U codes. See circuit description for B1313-11, below.
