front head rests on mercedes won't go down

If they have been in that position for a long period of time may just be stuck and may require some help as the button is being pressed to lower them. Another possiblity is the contact in the switch itself is not making contact. I dont think there is a seperat fues forthe headrest adjustment I believe the power seat fuse controls all seat fuctions.

i hear the motor working but headrest is not moving i was lowering headrest and held it too long and it doesnt come back up

My seat is stuck from head rest up instead of down..any ideas on how to make head rest go down in this position
