how to repair the driver side head restraint on my 2003 clk 500 mercedes benz

My head restraint on my 2003 Mercedes Benz is stuck in the up position and I can not pull
thge seat up to let passerengers in the rear from the drivers side. All of my door switches
work except the head rest switch.

There is a tiny little pin that you will need to push on. its down pretty far so you will need to move the material aside to get to it. its mainly on the outside of the head restraint case. once you push it in push down on the restraint and it will go back where it needs too. "tools needed" strong .20mm gauge lever or easy way mini flat head
