Abs

Asked by GuruHQN4D Jul 27, 2019 at 01:18 PM about the 2011 BMW 3 Series 335i Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I brought a BMW 325i m sport yesterday. The day before it
passed the mot with no advisories. When I left the garage I
noticed the abs light on.  Did the garage just forget to reset
the light and can I do this. Or will it go out in a few days which
happened on a ds3 I had or do you think I have a problem
even though it passed mot two days ago

Thabks just seems weird the car passed its mot the day before with no advisories and the brakes feel great. I took it to private quiet road and tested them hard and soft an felt great. Its just strange bit I will contact the dealer

The brakes will work fine, it's just that since the light is on, the ABS won't activate in an emergency.
