Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I swapped out the wheel speed sensor and it didn't fix the problem.  Could it be the ABS computer? The speedo doesn't work.  The brake light is on.  The ABS light is on.  The DSC light is on.  The service engine soon light is on. Please help.  This is driving me crazy.

That's a lot of different problems. You should bring it to the dealer or someone who specializes in German cars.

Well, I think it's just one problem and everything down the line is an effect. If no speedo input is receieved, the cruise can't work (no input to compute from), and the ABS can't work because no input, and the ck eng light comes on, & with no wheel speed input, the DSC will be in fault. My guess is that once I isolate the root problem, everything down the line should auto-correct. Still, I can't isolat the root problem....

Yes the DSC/ABS module is faulty You can get one from a junk yard, But then you will need to take the car to the Dealer to Have the steering angle sensor aligned & the codes cleared to put the brake light bulb & the dsc light bulb & the abs light bulb out
