dash warning engine hot air conditioner off

engine hot air conditioning off   comes on when I first crank truck. Could not
possibly be hot.What would cause this?Coolant is full.

ECT sensor or sensor wiring. Stuck open thermostat. Faulty ECM.

when the engine coolant becomes hotter than the normal operating temperature this message displays. So Check: cooling system cap not maintaining proper pressure. Electric cooling fans/cooling fans sensor defective/malfunctioning. stuck closed thermostat. blocked/restricted expansion cooling system tank. defective water pump. (Stuck Open Thermostat will result in OverCooling condition. Thanks
