2004 GMC Sierra engine coolant hot/ engine overheating

my truck seems to be leaking coolant causing the dash indicator
light to show engine coolant hot engine overheated. when I fill it
with coolant I have a leak coming out the bottom how do I tell if
it's the hoses radiator or water pump.

Check to see if the Water Pump is leaking water, if it is, that's the problem. If Water Pump is not leaking, trace the leak to find out where the water is coming from.
