Engine light flashing throwing 7 codes what is the issue

I have a 2010 Jeep Liberty 3.7 4x4 never had tune up
replaced plugs with platinum plugs new coil packs new
wires new O2 sensors and new muffler now has a flashing
engine light with multiple cylinder misfire codes and
P1129 and P1128 and O2 codes jeep dealer cant figure it
out either anyone have this issue

Sounds like my problems ,have replaced coils,plugs,map sensor ,2 injectors ,cleaned intake sensor an changed filter only thing I haven't changed it the o2 sensor ,...did you ever get yours figured out?

Sounds like PCM or ECU is failing. Either to reprogram or replace it. Before I went to take it in for the recall, it was fine except for silly P0300, just one. After they reprogrammed with "appropriate software" my pcm kept throwing P0300, P0131, P0132, then P1129. I went HUH??? I shouldn't trust the Jeep dealership service center.
