Why is it throwing PC not programmed code?

Replaced computer 2 weeks ago with new already
programmed one and now it is throwing PC not
programmed code. Any advice on what it could be?

Bad ECM. The dealer maybe able to re-flash it. You need to make sure you have good KAM power to the ECM or it will happen again.

PC might be preprogrammed, but it's not programmed to your individual car. It's like a key fob. You buy a new one and program the car to it. You're gonna need a mechanic/dealer for this.
