2004 Jeep Liberty Engine light on for a few days and now off after trying to get the error codes

Asked by mbolljeep Mar 30, 2015 at 08:19 PM about the 2004 Jeep Liberty

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2004 Jeep Liberty engine light came on a few days ago. I did the turn the key three
times trick to see what the error code was, and when I did this nothing appeared. After
attempting this, I turned on the engine and now the engine light is no longer illuminating.
What is this an indication of? Was in just an electrical problem, or should I still be worried
about the engine?

Usually,if light doe,s not come back on,you are ok,it may have just been a sensor reading bad,but if light return,s have it scanned,to find the issue.
