My explorer will start right up  will not hardly pull
when put in drive and has a rough feeling and you
can put it in nutreal and hold the pedal to the floor
and it revels for a brief second then runs drop and
motor is like a ruff idal

Probably should have it scanned for codes. Possible Throttle Positioning Sensor, or broke wires at the plugin to the TPS.

Is the check engine light on. Kuz im having 100% the exact same problem. Amd its gunna get really really bad. I wouldnt drive it if u dont have to
