Theft light blinks door ajar an when I lock doors alarm goes off can't lock my doors with out alarm going off only have car key

A few years ago I had a similar problem on a car, I did not believe the answer I got from some q & a site but try it anyway it surprised me. Use "w-d-4-0" to clean out & lube the locking catch on the END of the door.
