Keyfob won't open doors or turn alarm off.

I woke up to go to work this morning and there was a strong electrical burnt
smell coming form beneath the driver side dash; weaker under the
passenger dash. It was pouring rain so I knew rain had something to do
with it on an electrical line.

I can unlock my car manually and I can also start the car too. I can roll the
windows up and down and I can also unlock and lock the doors while the
car is on, using the the doors control panel. However the Alarm wont
disable itself when the car is on; it constantly goes off when I turn the key
into the on position.

I thought it was my fob and 10 min ago I just got back from Walgreens to
replace the fobs battery; a 2032 coin cell battery. However the fob has no
affect on the car.

I have pulled the negative terminal on the battery for 5 minutes, but it did
not reset the alarm. I read only that you can ground PIN 19 on connector
c201b, but can't find where this cable is.

The car is drive-able but with the car alarm blasting, makes it intolerable.
